Final Fantasy IV The Complete Collection กับแนวเกมส์ role-playing video games ที่ในภาคนี้ได้มีการรวบรวม Final Fantasy IV และ Final Fantasy IV: The After Years โดยในภาคนี้ได้เพิ่มเนื้อเรื่องใหม่เข้าไปซึ่งจะอยู่ในภาค Final Fantasy IV Interlude ซึ่งได้มีการทำเนื้อหาให้เชื่อมโยงกันนั่นเอง นอกจากนี้ยังการปรับปรุงเรื่องภาพของตัวเกมส์ให้ดีขึ้นและยังเพิ่มโหมด gallery ซึ่งผู้เล่นสามารถดู CG movies และงานศิลปะของ Yoshitaka Amano โดยเกมส์ได้รับการพัฒนาโดย Square Enix สำหรับตัวเครื่อง playstation portable และมีการปล่อยตัวในประเทศญี่ปุ่นวันที่ 24 มีนาคมปี 2011
